Should an attendee decide to terminate their attendance at a certain scientific meeting at any point, they will be required to pay a cancellation fee.

There is no way to get a refund or repay the transaction fees.

Regardless of the area in which we can accept a late cancellation, reimbursements will be issued.

The expenses that Congress Annual Services INC. has complete control over will be reimbursed, less transaction fees. Expenses associated with outside aid, however, might not be fully reimbursed.
